Comic Books: What they are and What I think of them

Whenever I think of comic books, the first thing that comes to mind is pictures. Then I start to think of comic book characters. Spider Man, Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman are all comic book characters I think of. To me a comic book is basically pictures that tell a story, with the occasional narration. I don't particularly like comics because I like reading books. I sometimes find comics confusing because I don't get the whole story.

When my brother was in 7th grade he was really big on reading a comic book called Bones. I tried to read it once, but I couldn't get into it. I like books better because the way that the author expresses their words interests me more than pictures.
